At AURENE, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
2. Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 5 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and unwashed
- The product must be in original packaging
- All tags must remain intact
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products purchased during special discounts or sale
- Items showing signs of use or washing
- Return request made after 5 days of delivery

4. Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless:
- the product is damaged
- the product is defective
- the wrong item was delivered
In such cases, AURENE will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
If the return request does not meet eligibility criteria, the product will be shipped back to the customer.

- Clear photos (if product is damaged or incorrect)
