Thank you for shopping with AURENE. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be slightly extended.

2. Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • your delivery location
  • courier partner availability
  • weather conditions
  • public holidays
  • incorrect shipping details provided during checkout

We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

3. Shipping Charges

AURENE offers free shipping on all orders across India.

There are no additional shipping charges for prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Tracking updates may take some time to become active after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address
  • incorrect contact details
  • customer unavailable at delivery
  • refusal to accept the order

the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-dispatch of the order may require confirmation from the customer.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the product
  • a brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and assist you accordingly.

7. Return Request Time Limit

Any return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

8. Service Availability

Currently, AURENE ships only within India. We plan to expand our shipping services internationally in the future.
